Bendy Myth: I don't need a coach!

Okay, this one is true and false. There's so much information on the internet, you don't need to rely on a coach for handstands or flexibility. HOWEVER, getting access to a qualified coach and getting real-time feedback is a game-changer.

Quality coaches :

-provide specific cues that can help unlock a once complex or confusing skill
-help fix your technique
-see imbalances or cheats that our bodies do to compensate for a movement
-assign specific drills to help achieve a trick
-encourage you to try new skills
-teach interesting sequences
-empower you to do things you didn't know you could do
-provide strengthening and conditioning exercises and SO MUCH MORE!
