Flexibility for Athletes

Join our workshop specifically designed to improve your leg flexibility, so you can up your game with dynamic movement.

The class will be organized around a stretching routine to target hamstrings, quads, hip flexors, psoas, and adductors to improve mobility that you can use for dynamic movement.

Splits for Days!

Can't get your splits? Our workshop has got you covered! Get ready to learn a stretching routine to target all the areas that will help you hit that jade splits, bird of paradise, and even oversplit. Not only are these stretches fun, but they'll help take your practice to the next level. #flexiblegoals #splitsready

Handstand Workshop

Ready to defy gravity and take your handstands to the next level? Come join us for a special workshop that'll have you standing on your hands in no time! We promise strength and conditioning exercises, handstand foundations, and tons of handstand drills -

Whether you're a fellow handstand addict, have never done a handstand before, or are already on your inversion journey, there will be plenty of modifications so that everyone can join in on the fun! #handstands

Bend Yo Back

Ready to make some serious gains in the backbend department? This all-levels class is perfect for learning the basics of backbends, how to unlock those shoulders, and becoming a bendy beast. Get ready to stretch it out, hold it down, and strengthen your way to bendy glory!

The class will be organized around a stretching routine that uses active flexibility stretches to target the various areas that support our backbends: shoulders, upper/mid/low back, and hip flexors. Whether you are working on PD eagle, cocoon, allegra, calla lily, or are aiming to learn more about backbends, we'll have modifications for all levels.
