Bendy Myth: I need to stretch every day to make progress.

You DO NOT need to stretch every day to make bendy progress! Training every day without a rest day somewhere in the week can actually be detrimental to your progress and lead to injury!

I personally like to do 2 heavier training days a week, 1.5-2hrs of stretching and conditioning. I make sure I have a full rest day after an intense session and might do light training other days, i.e., prehab/rehab, hand balancing, weight lifting, hiking, and/or eating Hot Cheetos and binging TV shows.

Our muscles need time to recover and heal. Taking a day off will not make you lose all of your progress. Unless your rest day lasts for weeks or years :P

What's your opinion on this?!
